Hilton expands KSA portfolio

Hilton opened the doors of Hilton Makkah Convention Hotel. This is the 12th Hilton hotel in Saudi Arabia. 

Andreas Lackner, regional head, brand management, Hilton said: “With more than 30 hotels under development, Saudi Arabia features our largest development pipeline in the Middle East.”

The property showcases the largest pillar-less ballroom in Makkah with the ability to accommodate up to 1,600 people. The hotel also boasts the first and largest convention centre in the city, and is joined by an additional eight multi-purpose meeting and boardrooms.

The food and beverage options include three restaurants and a café. The all-day Al Mustafa restaurant offers international buffet. Azure serves Indian and Malaysian cuisine, and Sahtein serves Lebanese food. In addition, the Al Multaqa Café offers light snacks.

The property offers 764 guest rooms including 90 executive rooms, 25 executive suites and 16 suites with views of Haram. Additional facilities include a 24-hour fitness centre.
