One&Only Le Saint Géran opens post renovation

The One&Only Le Saint Géran welcomed guests following a nine-month renovation and multi-million-dollar investment. The property is setting new standards of ultra-luxury in the Indian Ocean and beyond, much like it did when it originally opened in 1975.

The opening was marked by Philippe Zuber, President and Chief Operating Officer, One&Only Resorts, Charles de Foucault, General Manager at One&Only Le Saint Géran and Honourable Marie Joseph Noël-Etienne Ghislain Sinatambou, MP, Minister of Social Security, Reform Institutions and Environment, and Sustainable Development for Mauritius.

Post-renovation, the entire resort has been completely transformed, including new culinary experiences with overwater dining pavilions and theatre style cooking, new swimming pools with cabanas, re-imagined public spaces, a new spa, Club One, and a range of ultra-modern facilities.

The property offers 143 new guest rooms and suites with interconnecting configurations for families as well as Villa One – a secluded two-bedroom villa with private infinity-pool and ocean views.

Plans have also been unveiled for the launch of One&Only Private Homes for the first time at One&Only Le Saint Géran. Due to launch in 2018, the resort will have a collection of private residences for guests wishing to reside.
